About the Team
The Captain Acquisition & Market Operations team is the driving force behind supply growth in Saudi Arabia. The team plays a pivotal role in building and managing the supply base—from onboarding third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensuring captain (driver) availability and operational readiness.
Acting as the central hub for supplier coordination, captain onboarding, and ramp-up activities, the team ensures that markets are fully equipped to meet demand and deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Need
- 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multi-site or national role within a high-growth tech, retail, or logistics firm.
- Must be Saudi nationality.
- Exceptional Arabic and English communication skills are non-negotiable.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage the people agenda for a whole country without constant HQ supervision.
- Ability to interpret people data to drive decisions across different business units and geographies.
