عن الوظيفة:
نبحث عن ضابط مشتريات دقيق وذو نتائج لإدارة أنشطة الشراء الدولية وضمان الحصول على مواد عالية الجودة في الوقت المناسب وبأسعار تنافسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحديد وتقييم الموردين الدوليين.
- التفاوض على الأسعار وشروط الدفع وجداول التسليم.
- إصدار وإدارة أوامر الشراء.
- التنسيق مع قسم اللوجستيات للشحن والتخليص الجمركي.
- مراقبة أداء الموردين وحل أي اختلافات في الطلبات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الاستيراد والتصدير.
- الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق لمشتريات الشركة.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، سلسلة التوريد، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المشتريات (ويفضل في قطاع التصنيع في المملكة العربية السعودية).
- مهارات تفاوضية وتحليلية قوية.
- خبرة في أنظمة ERP (يفضل SAP).
- مهارات متقدمة في MS Office (خاصة Excel).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
