Accountant

Job Purpose:

Perform accounting and financial tasks to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with laws, and provide financial reports to support management decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in ledgers and records.
• Prepare accounting entries and monthly reconciliations.
• Review invoices and expenses for compliance with financial policies.
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Assist in preparing tax reports and compliance with local laws.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Recommend improvements to financial and accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

Mechanical Engineer

Job Purpose:

Mechanical Engineer with experience in operations, maintenance, and contract management for water and wastewater projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 6 years in water and wastewater projects.
• Extensive experience managing operations and maintenance for water and wastewater projects.
• Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts for O&M projects.
• Managing asset records and evaluating contract performance against strategic maintenance plans.
• Preparing and improving procedures for O&M activities.
• Participating in bidder pre-qualification and reviewing project documentation.
• Monitoring contractor performance across all O&M contracts.
• Generating technical reports and studies for water and wastewater operations.

Civil Engineer

Job Purpose:

Experienced Civil Engineer to supervise and support teams in off-plan real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with Saudi building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 7 years of supervision or execution experience.
• Preferably experienced in real estate development projects.
• Active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Saudi nationals only.

Planning Engineer

Job Purpose:

Support the Project Management Office in preparing and monitoring project schedules for real estate projects, ensuring progress aligns with approved plans.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update baseline project schedules regularly.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules and analyze deviations.
• Update schedules based on progress reports and site data.
• Analyze critical activities and identify risks impacting project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors for accurate progress data.
• Review contractor schedules for compliance with project requirements.
• Contribute to periodic progress reports and schedule analysis.
• Support assessment of delays or changes on project timelines.
• Ensure project schedules align with the overall program within the PMO framework.

Governance Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in program management, PMO, or multi-contract environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in consultancy firms (e.g., Big 4) or advisory environments.
• Experience in financial monitoring, reporting, and governance for large-scale projects/programs.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports using PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to prepare structured presentations and reports for senior management and government entities.
• Experience in real estate development is required; off-plan (Wafi) project experience preferred.
• Experience with government or semi-government entities is preferred.
