GIS Specialist (Saudi National)
Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented GIS specialist (Saudi National) to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Updates geospatial databases to confirm data accuracy and integrity.
- Reviews spatial data to identify patterns and trends in geographic data in collaboration with project teams to provide spatial data and analysis for decision making.
- Implements the preparation, review, and execution of GIS implementation plans at the program/project level.
- Supports the implementation of security measures and management of server sites.
- Assists in the installation and configuration of enterprise portals to meet project requirements.
Delivery Manager – Landscape & Roads
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- 20+ years in infrastructure delivery, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles managing large landscape and road projects.
- Proven expertise in large-scale infrastructure project delivery, including landscape and roads.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, risk management, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of contract standards (FIDIC or equivalent) and procurement processes.
- Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Project Manager - Fit Out & Finishing
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in interior fit-outs, luxury finishes, or commercial projects (e.g., hospitality, offices, retail spaces).
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or construction management are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, detailing, and MEP integration.
- Familiarity with GCC construction standards, building codes, and fast-track project environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in construction.
Transport & Mobility Engineer - VISSIM Specialist
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Urban/Transport Planning, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience working with or for transportation agencies on road network operations, traffic engineering, and mobility strategy assignments, with a strong emphasis on micro-simulation.
- Extensive hands-on experience with PTV VISSIM, including model building, calibration/validation, scenario management, and results interpretation for complex urban corridors and networks.
- Proven experience using VISSIM to evaluate strategies such as adaptive signal control, coordinated signal timing, active traffic management, ramp metering, and ITS-based traveler information.
CAFM & EA Manager
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of total experience, including 3+ years in a similar CAFM management role within a complex and dynamic environment.
- FSI Evolution Expert User experience, including asset setup, PPM functionality, and system configuration.
- Experience with FSI SLA module implementation and daily management is highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong data management and analytical skills, particularly using Excel.
- Self-motivated team player capable of working independently and with senior management, operational teams, and client stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
