Details

Customs & Logistics Officer
For our office in Saudi Arabia we are looking for a Customs & Logistics Officer.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound shipments in line with production plans.
Manage outbound deliveries according to customer orders and schedules.
Handle customs clearance activities via Saudi government platforms.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.
Track shipments, manage delays, and communicate with Production and Supply Chain teams.
Maintain accurate logistics and customs data in ERP and company systems.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in logistics and customs operations in Saudi Arabia (industrial environment preferred).
Good knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and government platforms.
Strong ERP system and Microsoft Office skills.
