Claims Coordinator – Makkah
Job Summary:
Responsible for processing claims for all patients and performing some supervisory tasks as assigned.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality claims submission within acceptable timeframes.
- Conduct training sessions for new Claims Coordinators.
- Review ER/OPD discrepancies and communicate with relevant departments.
- Verify claim forms and attached ID copies.
- Report unadjusted and un-entered medical services to Manager of Claims.
- Propose computer system improvements to enhance performance.
