Job Description
- Validate availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency
- Operate machine as per Work Instruction to ensure a safe and sound runnability
- Troubleshoot problems and request support to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
- Check and relay startup sample to Team Leader for approval before QC inspection to ensure quality
- Conduct quality inspection according to self-inspection sheet, sign it, and provide samples to QC for inspection
- Report any quality defects to QC and Team Leader to take necessary action
- Request maintenance support for reparation tasks through Team Leader
- Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run and sustain 5S conditions of machines and surrounding workplace

Job Description
- Coordinate market research projects to develop new insights to sustain or improve brand profile and architecture
- Coordinate product development projects with R&D under brand manager leadership and update the category team on project status
- Innovate and propose new product ideas to extend the brand vertically (new SKUs) or horizontally (new categories) to meet market share objectives
- Initiate competitive product testing and evaluation activities to define gaps and opportunities and suggest action plans
