Demand Planner
About the Job:
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Prepare weekly fresh & UHT order summaries for review.
- Coordinate with branches for final order review and explain any changes; manage daily amendments.
- Summarize UHT stock aging reports by branch.
- Ensure adequate UHT stock levels at branch level.
- Coordinate daily with plant & supply chain for operational changes.
- Discuss UHT dispatch plans with loading section to ensure on-time delivery by branch.
- Prepare weekly UHT orders per branch based on rolling forecasts and adjust according to central warehouse availability.
- Follow-up on UHT dispatches with the central warehouse.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
