   1. Guide customers to carry out data reflux, starting with manual accounting and then moving towards API opening.
   2. Manage customers' participation in the e-commerce alliance and ensure their compliance with the alliance's regulations and order.
   3. Guide customers to actively participate in the brand's activity nodes and co-create content with the brand.
2. Job responsibilities

1. Execute Trainings for the showroom staff as per the yearly plan, including Online Trainings, Showroom Trainings, and Seminar Trainings.

Job responsibilities:

1. Document Review and Management: Check customs declaration documents such as bills of lading, invoices, contracts, etc., to ensure that certificates of origin and other documents are complete.
2. Monitor timely completion of customs clearance: Ensure that customs clearance is completed within the time required by customs, with no stagnation occurring.
3. XFN Coordination: Communicate with departments such as the Procurement Headquarters Order Department, and handle relevant matters regarding pick-up and ocean shipping.
4. Exception Handling and Optimization: Handle issues such as inspection exceptions and document discrepancies, analyze customs clearance efficiency, and propose process optimization suggestions.

Design Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in VRV/DX Application Engineering, HVAC System Design, or Technical Support within the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of VRF system design principles, refrigerant regulations, HVAC controls etc, and regional standards.
• Strong analytical and application engineering capabilities.
• Ability to support Cross functional teams, including B2B, After sales service for ongoing projects progress and invoicing follow-up.
• Good communication, Problem Solving attitude, Consultant facing skills.
• Proficiency in HAP, VRF Selection tool and MS office.
