Key Account Executive, Google Cloud (English, Arabic)
About the job
Applicants to this role must have work authorization in Saudi Arabia as this role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. This role requires the successful candidate to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software business, or consultative account management at a B2B software company.
- Experience managing the full business cycle (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting).
- Experience promoting to enterprise accounts, promoting a portfolio of products or solutions at the C-level.
- Experience engaging and building relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders, and supporting oil and gas companies.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic to support regional clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consultative selling to executives in the oil and gas industry, presenting multi-year account strategies.
- Experience qualifying leads and presenting cloud, data, and AI solutions aligned with customer business opportunities and technology trends.
- Experience supporting large enterprise organizations, expanding accounts, acquiring new customers, and accelerating business growth.
- Experience with agreement structuring, commercial agreements, and multi-year engagements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and partners in project implementation and discussions.
Outcome Customer Engineer, Google Cloud Platform (English, Arabic)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines, and programming languages (Python, Go) for automation.
- Experience with SRE principles, incident response protocols, lean/agile methodologies for delivery flow and waste elimination.
- Experience guiding Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) or partners through technical implementations and enforcing quality standards.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Foundation Toolkit (CFT) or similar standardized deployment libraries.
- Ability to act as a player-coach, upskilling customer teams through code walkthroughs and technical workshops.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, facilitate technical workshops, and guide customers through organizational change to adopt new cloud-powered business processes.

مهندس العملاء النهائي - Google Cloud Platform (بالإنجليزية والعربية)
المؤهلات المفضلة:
- خبرة في البنية التحتية ككود (Terraform) وأنابيب CI/CD، ولغات البرمجة مثل Python وGo لأتمتة العمليات.
- خبرة في مبادئ SRE، بروتوكولات الاستجابة للحوادث، ومنهجيات Lean/Agile لإدارة تدفق التسليم وإزالة الهدر.
- القدرة على توجيه شركاء الأنظمة العالمية (GSIs) خلال تنفيذ المشاريع التقنية وفرض معايير الجودة.
- الإلمام بـ Google Cloud Foundation Toolkit (CFT) أو مكتبات النشر المعيارية المماثلة.
- القدرة على أداء دور المدرب والمشرف (player-coach)، وتطوير مهارات فرق العملاء من خلال جلسات استعراض الكود وورش العمل التقنية.
