- Sound knowledge and practical experience of post contract commercial management.
- Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Clear and effective communication skills – both oral and written.

- Team player; Arabic language skills preferred (native).
Associate Director – Cost Management

- 15+ years cost management experience post MRICS qualification.
