Analyst, Sales Operations

Day-to-Day Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop robust sales performance monitoring processes for Sales, Pipeline, Backlog, Inventory, and Market Intelligence
• Identify and recommend sales strategies aligned with financial, marketing, and strategic objectives
• Support sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve sales growth and profitability using data insights
• Collate and track distributor and retailer inventory data for demand planning
• Provide insights into customer behavior, product mix, and sales channels
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to implement sales initiatives
• Coordinate with product management to review product performance and market demand
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting sales trends and opportunities

Senior Sales Engineer Controls & BMS

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or low-current systems sales
• Hands-on knowledge of major BMS brands (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Tridium)
• Strong understanding of BMS architecture, HVAC equipment, control logic, and DDC controllers
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
• Good time-management and ability to work independently under pressure
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager

Daily Functions

• Sales and Gross Margin performance reporting compared to forecast
• Collection reporting by Business Units
• Tracking of outbound deliveries not invoiced
• Preparation of quotation reports by Business Unit

KSA Finance Business Partner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA/professional qualification preferred (CPA / ACCA / CMA / CFA)
• 8+ years progressive finance experience with leadership responsibility in country/entity finance role
• Strong systems capability: SAP (ECC6) and consolidation/reporting tools (HFM)
• Advanced analytics and automation exposure: Power BI, Power Automate or similar
• Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales and month-end closing activities with Sales & Support functions
• Coordinate documentation requirements and approval processes for sales support activities
• Prepare Advance Tax Proforma and LC documents
• Coordinate with sales team on sales and demand forecast planning

Role Purpose

• Ensure smooth business process flow within the Business Unit
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support daily sales activities

Minimum Requirements

• High proficiency with SAP/ERP Systems, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with strong computer skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Saudi Nationals only
