Job Requirements
- Experience in the procurement documentation cycle, closing purchase orders, and following up on supplier accounts.
- Inventory monitoring and reconciliation.
- Experience in petty cash settlement.
- Ability to prepare VAT reports.
- Experience in preparing monthly payroll.
- Preparing financial statements and year-end reconciliations.
- Experience in bank transfers.
- Ability to prepare monthly financial reports.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of financial accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.

شركة الخليج للأجهزة والمطابخ هي شركة رائدة في تصنيع المطابخ بالمملكة العربية السعودية بخبرة تزيد عن 30 عامًا، وتشتهر بتصاميمها المبتكرة وجودة منتجاتها. صالات عرض الشركة في الرياض، جدة، الدمام، والخبر تعرض منتجاتها المميزة وخبرتها في تصنيع المطابخ.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- خبرة في دورة مستندات الشراء، إغلاق أوامر الشراء، والمتابعة مع حسابات الموردين
- مراقبة المخزون وتسوية الحسابات
- خبرة في تسوية النقدية الصغيرة
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT)
- خبرة في إعداد الرواتب الشهرية
- إعداد البيانات المالية وتسويات نهاية السنة
- خبرة في التحويلات البنكية
- القدرة على إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية
- خبرة عملية مع نظام Odoo أو أي نظام ERP آخر
المهارات المطلوبة:
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة المالية
- مهارات تحليلية قوية
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة
