Senior Oracle EBS Consultant
About the job
We are hiring a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Consultant with 8+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementations, support, and optimization, with deep expertise in one or more functional modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HRMS, or Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure Oracle EBS modules according to business needs and best practices.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and conduct user training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with business processes and industry standards.
- Support integrations with third-party systems when required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following modules:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
- Supply Chain (PO, INV, BOM, WIP, OM)
- Manufacturing
- HRMS / HCM
- Projects
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Senior BizTalk Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy BizTalk solutions integrating ERP/CRM, SQL Server databases, and cloud services.
- Lead technical design discussions, review code, and mentor junior developers.
- Create and maintain schemas, maps, pipelines, orchestration components, and BizTalk deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration architecture and standards.
- Ensure performance, reliability, security, and scalability of integration solutions.
- Participate in release planning and documentation, including runbooks and support guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Microsoft BizTalk Server development.
- Strong understanding of BizTalk architecture, including orchestrations, pipelines, schemas, maps, and adapters.
- Experience integrating BizTalk solutions with SQL Server, REST/SOAP services, WCF, XML/XSD, EDI, and messaging patterns.
