Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end facility management operations (MEP, HVAC, civil works, housekeeping, security, waste management)

• Ensure compliance with CBAHI and other regulatory and safety standards

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations

• Manage third-party contractors and service providers, including SLAs and KPIs

• Lead and develop FM teams while ensuring high performance and accountability

• Control FM budgets, cost optimization, and resource planning

• Coordinate closely with clinical, engineering, and administrative departments

Neurology Consultant

Requirements:

Education / Professional Qualification:

• Graduate of a recognized Medical School

• Completion of an appropriate internship and residency program

• Post-graduate qualifications in the specialty

Experience:

• At least 3 years of practice in the specialty after obtaining a higher degree, preferably in a tertiary care hospital

• Subspecialty training or degree is preferred

Licensing / Certification:

• Membership, Fellowship, or Board Certification in the relevant specialty

• Relevant licensure acceptable to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and the Ministry of Health
