Key Responsibilities
Customer Support and Consultation
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries regarding ready-mix and concrete products.

Product Analysis and Improvement
- Analyze and report product malfunctions through various testing scenarios.
- Develop tools necessary for implementing product improvements.

- Ensure developed products meet quality specifications.

Lab Supervisor
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 year in chemical industries (preferably in cement).
- Lab equipment

SKILLS

- Good knowledge of the quality parameters and tests
- Mastering knowledge of quality management
