As a Telco Application Engineer, you are primarily responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of software applications to streamline business operations. Your duties will include optimizing software application performance, installing updates, and performing debugging procedures.
Scope of this role includes:
- Provide timely and effective technical support for Netcracker's applications and/or products in commercial use by the customer.
- Identify, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Restore service and eliminate business impact using system means or workarounds (e.g., PL/SQL, code development).
- Provide cost-effective solutions for issues within Netcracker software, ensuring SLA compliance.
Requirements
The MS Program Director role involves securing and delivering professional services for the Netcracker customer base. Candidates must have experience delivering large-scale BSS transformation programs in the telco sector.
- Manage and grow Netcracker's on-site transformation programs.
- Budget and business planning including forecasting, monitoring, and resource planning, ensuring profitability.
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Overall accountability for services in the Managed Services contract: Application Operations, Hosting Services, Maintenance, Monitoring, Scheduling, Change Management, Release Management, Deployment Management.
- Establish operational processes to meet KPIs/SLAs.
- Continuous service improvement for Operational Excellence using best practices, tools, and innovative techniques.

- توفير حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة للمشاكل المتعلقة ببرنامج Netcracker، مع ضمان الامتثال لاتفاقية مستوى الخدمة (SLA).
