Job Description:
The Product Specialist executes brand strategy and field tactics, manages assigned territories and accounts, and builds strong customer relationships. The role is patient-centered and operates within AbbVie’s code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call performance to improve sales.
Handle objections and concerns professionally to close sales effectively.
Serve customer needs and expectations proactively to build trusted relationships and win-win agreements.
Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency with key customers.
Build understanding of customer needs, territory dynamics, competitors, accounts, diseases, products, and clinical insights. Share this market intelligence with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager.
Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition to healthcare providers and identify key disease state experts, speakers, and advocates to maximize brand performance.
Uphold ethics, integrity, and teamwork.
Exhibit curiosity and continuous learning to improve performance.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Studies.
1–3 years of experience as a Product Specialist.
Industry experience in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals, ideally Neuroscience.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) and disease area requirements.
Understanding of market challenges and opportunities.

المسؤوليات:
تحقيق أداء المبيعات، مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للعلامة التجارية، الأهداف المالية والتسويقية.
إعداد خطة ما قبل الزيارة باستخدام أهداف SMART وتقييم الأداء بعد الزيارة لتحسين المبيعات.
التعامل مع الاعتراضات والمخاوف بشكل احترافي لضمان إغلاق كل مكالمة مبيعات بنجاح.
تلبية احتياجات العملاء وتوقعاتهم بشكل استباقي لبناء علاقات ثقة وتحقيق اتفاقيات رابحة للطرفين بين AbbVie والعملاء.
تطوير وتنفيذ خطة زيارات العملاء لتعظيم التغطية والفرص البيعية مع العملاء الرئيسيين.
بناء فهم شامل لاحتياجات العملاء، وبيئة السوق في المنطقة، والمنافسين، والحسابات، والأمراض، والمنتجات، والمعرفة السريرية، ومشاركة هذه المعلومات مع فريق العمل الميداني وفريق العلامة التجارية ومدير المبيعات لتحقيق التنسيق الأمثل.
تمييز قيمة AbbVie المضافة لدى مقدمي الرعاية الصحية، وتحديد وتطوير والحفاظ على خبراء الحالة المرضية والمتحدثين/المروجين لتعظيم أداء العلامة التجارية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
إلزامية:
درجة البكالوريوس في الدراسات الصيدلانية.
خبرة 1–3 سنوات كـ أخصائي منتج.
خبرة في الصناعات البيولوجية و/أو الأدوية، ويفضل في علوم الأعصاب.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض التقديمي.
معرفة عملية بمتطلبات المختصين الصحيين (HCPs) والمجال الطبي المتخصص.
فهم جيد لتحديات السوق والفرص المتاحة.
