1. Network Development Specialist

We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
What you’ll do?
- Strategically analyze market potential and optimize the dealer network across existing and emerging territories to ensure optimal coverage.
- Lead the planning, execution, and renovation of automotive facilities (showrooms, service centers), ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations.
- Manage end-to-end project oversight for network development, coordinating cross-functional teams and external consultants/contractors to drive timelines and quality.
- Conduct regular dealer audits, monitor performance against targets, and implement corrective action plans to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Secure all necessary permits and licenses, and manage agreements with partners and sub-dealers to ensure legal compliance and strategic alignment.
Who you are?
- A seasoned professional with a minimum of 4 years (preferably 6+) of experience in network development, facility planning, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- A skilled project manager with proficiency in PMP methodologies, AutoCAD, MS Office, project management software, and a strong knowledge of automotive dealership design and fit-out processes.
- An analytical thinker with excellent bidding, budgeting, and BOQ review skills, combined with in-depth knowledge of dealer standards and strong mathematical abilities.
- A clear communicator and collaborative leader, fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written skills to coordinate teams and manage stakeholders.
- A process-driven individual focused on continuous improvement, capable of initiating business process enhancements and ensuring the seamless integration of new standards and technologies.
2. National Head of Marketing

What you’ll do?
- Develop and implement the national marketing strategy to drive growth, aligning with OEM and global brand guidelines.
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning and budgeting to execution across digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee all brand positioning, customer initiatives (loyalty programs, events), and product launch strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the national marketing team and key external agency/partner relationships.
- Analyze market trends and KPIs to report on performance, optimize operations, and drive continuous strategic improvement.
Who you are?
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English and Arabic (conversational).
- You have in-depth knowledge of the KSA automotive market, including consumer behavior, competitors, and media trends.
- You bring 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a preferred 5+ years in a senior automotive leadership role.
- You have strong expertise in strategic planning, brand management, and both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- You are a skilled leader with excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
