Patient Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Perform rounds in different areas of the complex and consult with relevant HOD and management

• Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives and services and resolve patient concerns/issues before they are escalated to administration

• Monitor and address patient complaints (through COC, We Care, written, social media, verbal, patient satisfaction surveys, feedback boxes) and reassure patients that their complaint is being worked on

• Communicate with respective HODs and patient services managers for proper investigation, professional resolution of complaints, and reassure patients regarding outcomes

Security Coordinator

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Maintain safety and security in designated areas according to hospital requirements

• Provide roving patrols on a random basis to ensure security of HMG and its employees

• Adhere to department dress code

• Follow up on safety systems and ensure their availability and compliance with required specifications

• Investigate any security & safety incidents and submit reports to HOD

• Coordinate with external security as needed

• Deal professionally with victims of crime and individuals in confrontational situations

• Review out-passes/transfer forms for accuracy and maintain records

• Offer assistance to patients and visitors in a helpful manner, if required

Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Plan and undertake comprehensive assessments of patients and formulate effective, clinically reasoned treatment plans to maintain professional standards of patient care

• Utilize various mechanical and electrical equipment, and prosthetic and orthotic devices

• Demonstrate clinical competence by consistently evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered and establish care priorities based on doctor’s referral and/or patient needs while recognizing resource availability

Consultant Neurologist

Requirements:

Education / Professional Qualification:

• Graduate of a recognized Medical School

• Completion of appropriate internship and residency programs

• Post-graduate qualifications in the specialty

Experience:

• At least 3 years of practice in the specialty after obtaining higher degree in a Tertiary Care Hospital

• Subspecialty degree or structured subspecialty training preferred

Professional Licensing / Certification / Training:

• Membership, Fellowship, and/or Board Certification in the respective specialty

• Relevant licensure from the country of origin, acceptable to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and Ministry of Health

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• المشاركة في مبادرات رضا المرضى وحل المشكلات قبل رفعها للإدارة

• متابعة الشكاوى الواردة عبر القنوات المختلفة (COC / We Care / خطابات / وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي / الاستبيانات / صناديق الملاحظات)

• التواصل مع رؤساء الأقسام ومديري خدمات المرضى للتحقيق وحل الشكاوى بشكل احترافي وإطلاع المرضى على نتائج شكاواهم

منسق أمن

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• القيام بدوريات عشوائية لضمان الأمن داخل المستشفى

• الالتزام بزي القسم

• متابعة أنظمة السلامة وضمان جاهزيتها وفق المواصفات المطلوبة

• التحقيق في أي حادث أمني أو سلامة وتقديم تقرير لرئيس القسم

• التنسيق مع الجهات الأمنية الخارجية عند الحاجة

• التعامل بشكل احترافي مع ضحايا الجرائم والمواقف الصعبة

• مراجعة نماذج الإذن بالخروج / النقل وضمان صحتها وحفظ السجلات

• تقديم المساعدة للمرضى والزوار عند الحاجة

أخصائي علاج طبيعي

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تخطيط وتنفيذ تقييم شامل للمرضى وصياغة خطط علاجية فعالة وفق المعايير المهنية

• استخدام الأجهزة الميكانيكية والكهربائية، والأجهزة التعويضية والداعمة

• تقييم فعالية الرعاية المقدمة باستمرار ووضع أولويات الرعاية بناءً على إحالة الطبيب واحتياجات المريض

استشاري طب الأعصاب

• خريج كلية طب معترف بها

• إتمام برنامج تدريب داخلي وإقامة مناسبة

• مؤهلات دراسات عليا في التخصص

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التخصص بعد الحصول على الدرجة العليا، ويفضل في مستشفى رعاية ثالثية

• يفضل الحصول على درجة تخصص فرعي أو تدريب تخصص فرعي منظم

• عضوية، زمالة، أو شهادة مجلس في التخصص ذي الصلة

• ترخيص مهني مقبول لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية ووزارة الصحة
