To operate and maintain both composite and metal 3D printer systems to support prototype part manufacturing and advanced research projects. This includes developing and implementing process controls to ensure quality, supporting material development and optimization activities, and managing project planning.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Operate 3D printing machines, including both metal and composite printers of different technologies.
- Prepare, slice, and optimize build files using CAD and slicing software (preferably Siemens NX, 3Dxpert).
- Monitor and control all aspects of machine operation and associated activities.
- Conduct part inspection, calibration, and post-processing (de-powdering, heat treatments).
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other teams and process engineers to improve print strategies, build orientation, and support generation.
- Optimize process parameters for improved performance.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance according to ATEX standards.
- Manage material inventory and support material selection based on customer requirements.

2. Senior Specialist, Financial Revenue Controlling
This role is responsible for supporting CEER’s revenue operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability. It acts as a key partner to commercial teams by driving pricing strategies, conducting revenue analysis, and supporting forecasting activities while safeguarding revenue integrity through proper processes and controls. The role also supports ERP and sales system implementation to enhance financial reporting and optimize cash flow and overall revenue performance.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Finance teams to align business objectives with CEER’s growth and profitability goals.
- Support the development of pricing strategies, conduct profitability analysis, and manage financial planning, pricing adjustments, and competitive pricing studies.
- Prepare detailed financial performance reports—including inventories, discounts, budgets, and variance analysis—with actionable insights.
- Develop forecasts, scenario models, and business cases to support management decisions and set revenue and profitability targets across business areas.
- Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities while analyzing existing streams to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Monitor revenue-related KPIs and ensure compliance with pricing governance, financial standards, and internal controls.
- Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (SAP FI, CO‑PA) and revenue-related systems (DMS).
- Act as a liaison between Finance and operational divisions to ensure effective communication and alignment of financial objectives.
3. Technician, Pilot Build Center
The PTS Technician is responsible for building vehicles from sub-assemblies to complete vehicles starting from the Body-in-White (BIW) stage. Daily tasks will vary based on business needs; however, competence in full vehicle build from BIW is essential. The role requires careful handling to minimize damage to prototype vehicles or parts. At times, modifications to BIW or sub-components may be necessary, requiring basic fabrication skills.
