Store Supervisor (Saudi National Only)
Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
Work Type: On-site, Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and coaching when needed.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Saudi nationality (mandatory).
Previous experience in retail supervision or a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Store Manager (Saudi National Only)

Job Responsibilities:
Manage overall store performance including sales, staff, and operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail.
Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.

المهام الوظيفية:
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية داخل المتجر.
دعم مدير المتجر في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
متابعة أداء الموظفين وتقديم التوجيه اللازم.
التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير العرض المرئي.
التعامل مع العملاء وحل الشكاوى باحترافية.

المتطلبات:
