Job Description:
Responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with project requirements. The Contract Engineer will coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage project contracts
Ensure compliance with legal and project requirements
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
Monitor contract performance and report issues
Support negotiation and resolution of contract disputes
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in contract management in construction projects
Strong communication and negotiation skills

مهندس عقود

الوصف الوظيفي:
مسؤول عن إدارة العقود وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشاريع. يقوم مهندس العقود بالتنسيق بين العملاء والمقاولين والفرق الداخلية لضمان سير المشاريع بسلاسة.
المهام الرئيسية:
إعداد ومراجعة وإدارة عقود المشاريع
ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية ومتطلبات المشروع
التنسيق مع فرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة
متابعة أداء العقود والإبلاغ عن المشاكل
دعم التفاوض وحل النزاعات العقدية
المتطلبات:
درجة في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة
خبرة في إدارة العقود في مشاريع البناء
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية

مسؤول عن إدارة علاقات الموردين لضمان التوريد في الوقت المناسب، وجودة عالية، وكفاءة من حيث التكلفة للمواد والخدمات.
المهام الرئيسية:
الحفاظ على علاقات الموردين وتطويرها
تقييم أداء الموردين والامتثال
التفاوض على الشروط والاتفاقيات مع البائعين
التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات والمشاريع
تنفيذ مبادرات تحسين أداء الموردين
المتطلبات:
خبرة في إدارة الموردين أو البائعين
مهارات تفاوض واتصال قوية
معرفة بعمليات المشتريات وسلسلة الإمداد
