You’ll manage and oversee all phases of MEP/AV construction — from design and procurement to delivery and closeout — ensuring quality, safety, and budget alignment. You’ll also lead technical coordination, engage with architects, engineers, and contractors, and champion health, safety, and sustainability initiatives that define project excellence.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all MEP/AV aspects of the project and ensure compliance with design and construction standards.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, including consultants and contractors, to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead project execution plans, quality assurance, and safety strategies.
• Manage procurement and contractual relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track project progress against schedules and budgets, implementing mitigation plans when necessary.
• Support and develop project teams through leadership and technical guidance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Chartered status or equivalent (preferred).
• Extensive experience in MEP construction management.
