1. OT Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
The OT (Operational Technology) Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity controls within industrial and operational technology environments. The role involves assessing vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security standards, and working closely with industrial automation teams to secure critical infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage cybersecurity frameworks in OT environments (ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs).

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on industrial control systems.

  • Design network segmentation strategies to protect operational assets.

  • Coordinate with engineering and IT teams to secure industrial networks.

  • Monitor and analyze threats targeting OT systems and respond to security incidents.

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations such as NCA ECC, IEC 62443, and NIST frameworks.

  • Support clients in OT cybersecurity maturity assessments and audits.

  • Develop incident response and business continuity plans for OT infrastructures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial network management.

  • Strong understanding of SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems.

  • Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, network segmentation, and SIEM tools.

  • Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and ISO 27019 standards.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Professional certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.

2. Cybersecurity Operations Lead – Network Security & Routing

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Job Summary:
The Cybersecurity Operations Lead will oversee the design, operation, and optimization of network security infrastructure, ensuring the protection of sirar by stc’s internal systems and client networks. The position requires deep technical expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and network intrusion prevention, as well as leadership capabilities to manage a cybersecurity operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily cybersecurity operations for network security systems.

  • Design and implement secure network architectures aligned with cybersecurity best practices.

  • Manage and maintain firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and routing policies.

  • Monitor and respond to network-based security threats and vulnerabilities.

  • Coordinate with SOC (Security Operations Center) teams for threat detection and incident response.

  • Develop and enforce network security policies, access controls, and compliance requirements.

  • Perform risk assessments and recommend improvements to network defense strategies.

  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to deploy advanced cybersecurity solutions.

  • Train and mentor cybersecurity engineers and analysts.

  • Report on cybersecurity performance metrics and incident trends to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.

  • 8–12 years of experience in network security operations or cybersecurity management.

  • Strong command of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and VPN technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with SOC tools, SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), and network forensics.

1. أخصائي تقنيات تشغيلية (OT Specialist)

وصف الوظيفة:
يتولى أخصائي تقنيات التشغيل مسؤولية تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة ضوابط الأمن السيبراني ضمن بيئات التحكم الصناعي وأنظمة التشغيل. تشمل المهام تقييم الثغرات الأمنية وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الوطنية والدولية وحماية البنية التحتية الحرجة.

المسؤوليات:

  • تطبيق وإدارة أطر الأمن السيبراني في بيئات ICS، SCADA، DCS، وPLC.

  • إجراء اختبارات الثغرات والاختراق للأنظمة الصناعية.

  • تصميم استراتيجيات تقسيم الشبكات لحماية الأصول التشغيلية.

  • التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات لتأمين الشبكات الصناعية.

  • مراقبة التهديدات والاستجابة للحوادث الأمنية.
