Details:
Ensure compliance with KSA regulatory requirements (Ministry of Transport, Civil Defence) and client, DHL HSE standards. Monitor transportation and logistics operations to identify risks, hazards, and unsafe practices. Conduct site inspections and vehicle safety checks (pre-trip and post-trip). Maintain HSSE overview of progress in fulfilling scope of work. Review and critique project documents on logistics safety issues. Manage input of information from transport providers required to fulfil scope. Work closely with the client, transportation contractors, and project logistics teams to ensure safe execution of operations. Support audits, safety inspections, and compliance reviews with client HSE representatives. Complete monthly HSSE statistical reports related to the project and communicate to different parties. Liaise with authorities (traffic police, civil defense, ministry officials) when required. Develop and enforce safety plans for all project movements and heavy equipment and other project cargo.

Lead and control distribution functions for one or more facilities, and participate in developing the strategic direction of warehousing, transportation, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and customer service levels. Ensure development and implementation of plans, measures and budgets for delivering logistic services. Draft plans and ensure delivery of projects and initiatives to provide fast, reliable, efficient and affordable transportation of goods from origin to destination. Ensure smooth operations for logistics facilities and transport networks, including underlying IT systems for delivery and transport of all goods.
