Job Responsibilities

Provide accurate and professional legal advice to clients.

Draft and review contracts and agreements.

Monitor laws, regulations, and legal amendments.

Contribute to company formation and intellectual property protection.

Prepare legal memorandums and reports for clients.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal field.

Familiarity with the Companies Law, Labor Law, and Intellectual Property.

Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and drafting.

Proficiency in office tools and ability to manage multiple files.

Fluent in Arabic (English is an added advantage).

المهام الوظيفية

المتطلبات
-
بكالوريوس في القانون أو الشريعة (يفضل ماجستير).

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المجال القانوني.

إلمام بنظام الشركات، نظام العمل، والملكية الفكرية.

مهارات قوية في البحث والتحليل والصياغة القانونية.

إجادة استخدام أدوات العمل المكتبي، والقدرة على إدارة عدة ملفات.

الطلاقة بالعربية (الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية).
