Job Overview / Mission

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather requirements, model solutions, and ensure alignment between business needs and IT implementations in a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements via Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), stakeholder meetings, and workshops.

• Model solutions collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders, preferably using UML.

• Ensure alignment between developed solutions and business requirements.

• Communicate and coordinate with clients, UX, QA, and development teams proactively.

• Work effectively in agile project environments when required.

• Establish and oversee quality processes to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in functional requirements gathering and documentation preparation.

• Experience in implementing and managing quality standards within processes.

• Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Experience in international banking systems or financial sector preferred.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).

• MS in Computer Science or Technical Engineering preferred.

• وضع ومتابعة معايير الجودة لضمان نجاح تسليم المشاريع.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• خبرة 3–5 سنوات في جمع المتطلبات وإعداد الوثائق الوظيفية.

• خبرة في تنفيذ وإدارة معايير الجودة ضمن العمليات.

• مهارات تواصل قوية مع فرق متعددة وأصحاب المصلحة.

• يفضل وجود خبرة في أنظمة البنوك الدولية أو القطاع المالي.

• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة ومحادثة).

• يفضل درجة الماجستير في علوم الكمبيوتر أو الهندسة التقنية.
