Roles & Responsibility

• Develop and manage compensation structures, salary bands, and pay-for-performance models.
• Lead the annual salary and compensation review process, including market benchmarking and job evaluation.

• Provide expert guidance on complex compensation matters, such as executive compensation and expatriate packages.
• Oversee the design, administration, and review of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives).
• Continuously analyze employee needs and market trends to recommend enhancements to benefits offerings.
• Align performance management outcomes with compensation and rewards programs.

• Develop and update compensation and benefits policies in alignment with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
