Monitor the progress of material orders and facilitate communication between suppliers and the project site.

Support material inspection, proper storage, and distribution.

Work closely with other project departments to resolve material-related challenges and support construction operations.

Contribute to material cost control and inventory optimization to minimize project material costs.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for expatriates; minimum 8 years for Saudi nationals.

Strong technical knowledge with excellent coordination and communication abilities.

تنسيق وإدارة شراء المواد الخاصة بالمشروع لضمان التوريد في الوقت المناسب وبالجودة والكمية المطلوبة.

متابعة تقدم طلبات المواد والتنسيق بين الموردين وموقع المشروع.

الحفاظ على نظام إدارة المواد وتحديث البيانات بشكل دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب.

المساعدة في أنشطة فحص المواد وتخزينها وتوزيعها.

Draft, review, manage, and execute contracts to ensure alignment with company and project requirements.

Participate in commercial negotiations and manage contract-related financial matters to optimize project profitability.

Monitor contract implementation and coordinate the resolution of issues and disputes during execution.

Supervise project cost control activities and assist in the preparation and review of budgets and expense reports.

Manage supplier and subcontractor contracts while maintaining strong commercial relationships.

Prepare and submit commercial reports to support informed project management decisions.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Contract Management, or a related field.

القدرة على تحمل الضغط والتعامل مع القضايا التجارية المعقدة.

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضل الإلمام بـ اللغة العربية.

Establish and implement a comprehensive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management system for the project.

Develop safety management plans and emergency response procedures tailored to site conditions.

Conduct safety training sessions and routine site inspections to proactively eliminate hazards.

Ensure construction activities comply with SEC and international HSE standards.

Prepare regular HSE reports and maintain proper documentation and safety records.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Expatriates: Over 10 years of experience in construction safety management.

Saudi nationals: Over 8 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of international and regional HSE regulations and the ability to identify and mitigate site risks.

Skilled in emergency response and stress management under high-pressure situations.
