Electrical Technician

⚙️ المؤهلات المطلوبة

يُفضّل أن يكون فني الكهرباء لديه خبرة في محطات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي ومحطات تنقية المياه، حتى يكون مؤهلاً للتعامل مع الأنظمة المختلفة في الموقع وواعياً بالمخاطر وحساسية هذه المرافق.

📋 المسؤوليات:

• اختبار الحلقات (Loop Test) للأجهزة.

• توصيلات التحكم واستكشاف الأعطال.

• استكشاف أعطال محركات التردد المتغير (VFD) والمشغلات الناعمة (Soft Starters).

• الصيانة الوقائية للمحركات، أنظمة التحكم، أجهزة التحكم المنطقي (PLC)، والأجهزة والعدادات.

• إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن حالة أنظمة التحكم والأجهزة.

• تنفيذ الأعمال الميكانيكية المطلوبة للمشروع.

• القدرة على قراءة المخططات والرسوم الفنية.

• القدرة على إصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية في لوحات التوزيع، ولوحات التشغيل والتحكم.

• تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الدورية المطلوبة.

• القدرة على استبدال وإصلاح الكابلات الكهربائية.

• فحص الدوائر الكهربائية، دوائر التشغيل، والمحولات.

• معرفة قوية بقواعد الأمن والسلامة الكهربائية.

⚙️ Preferred Qualifications

It is preferable that the Electrical Technician has experience in wastewater treatment plants and water purification plants, to be qualified to handle various systems on-site and aware of the risks and sensitivity of these facilities.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Loop test of instruments.

• Control wiring and troubleshooting.

• Troubleshooting of variable frequency drives (VFDs) and soft starters.

• Preventive maintenance for motors, control systems, PLCs, instruments, and gauges.

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on the status of instrumentation and control systems.

• Perform necessary mechanical work for the project.

• Ability to read technical drawings and charts.

• Ability to repair electrical faults in distribution, operation, and control panels.

• Ability to perform required periodic maintenance work.

• Ability to replace and repair electrical cables.

• Ability to inspect electrical and operational circuits and transformers.

• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and security rules.

Health Safety Environment Supervisor

📌 Scope of Work

Manage and actively participate in plant activities while maintaining alignment with overall company objectives, focusing on consistency through HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management.

✅ HSE Policy & Education

• Maintain company policies and HSE programs by educating all field employees and contractors.

• Conduct training sessions for employees on HSE protocols.

• Lead on-site HSE training programs designed to motivate field personnel.

📝 Incident Reporting & Documentation

• Responsible for recording and reporting all worker injury documentation.

• Collect incident forms from Near Miss Reporting Stations across the plant.

• Coordinate and conduct investigations, then present formal reports with management recommendations.

• Support the Occupational Health Team in all aspects of the post-accident/injury treatment process.

⚠️ Compliance & Risk Monitoring

• Identify non-compliant, incomplete, or substandard procedures involving employees or contractors.

• Conduct regular walk-around checks to monitor HSE controls.

• Manage and participate in continuous audits of HSE management systems.

🛠 Operational Safety

• Work with operations and maintenance employees to promote the Permit to Work system and ensure safety.

• Ensure first aid measures are available at all locations.

• Ensure firefighting equipment is present and inspected regularly.

🌍 Environmental Compliance

• Collect environmental deviation reports.

• Ensure proper identification and implementation of corrective actions.

📝 التقارير والتوثيق للحوادث

• مسؤول عن تسجيل وتوثيق جميع إصابات العاملين.

• جمع نماذج الحوادث من محطات الإبلاغ عن شبه الحوادث المنتشرة في مواقع المصنع.

• تنسيق وإجراء التحقيقات، وتقديم تقارير رسمية تتضمن توصيات للإدارة.

• تقديم الدعم لفريق الصحة المهنية في جميع جوانب ما بعد الحوادث أو الإصابات.

⚠️ الامتثال والمراقبة

• تحديد الإجراءات غير المتوافقة أو الناقصة أو غير المطابقة للمعايير التي تشمل الموظفين أو المقاولين.

• إجراء جولات تفقدية منتظمة لمراقبة ضوابط الصحة والسلامة.

• إدارة والمشاركة في عمليات التدقيق المستمرة على أنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

🛠 السلامة التشغيلية

• التعاون مع موظفي التشغيل والصيانة لتفعيل نظام تصاريح العمل وضمان سلامة جميع المشاركين.

• التأكد من توفر أدوات الإسعافات الأولية في جميع المواقع.

• التأكد من جاهزية معدات مكافحة الحرائق وفحص حالتها بشكل منتظم.

🌍 الامتثال البيئي

• جمع تقارير الانحرافات البيئية.

• التأكد من تحديد المشكلات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.
