الحفاظ على سجلات التفتيش والوثائق الفنية بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.

التحقق من معايرة المعدات والأدوات المستخدمة في عمليات الفحص.

المساهمة في إعداد وتحديث معايير الفحص وقوائم التحقق.
-
تقييم المشكلات واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية الأولية.
-
تنسيق العمل مع فرق الصيانة والتنبيه في حالة وجود عيوب تهدد العمليات.
-
إعداد التقارير وقياس مؤشرات الأداء المتعلقة بالجودة.
-
إيقاف الأعمال في حال اكتشاف عيوب تتطلب إعادة العمل الفوري.
-
قيادة وتحليل حالات الجودة باستخدام أدوات QRQC و8D.
-
رفع المشكلات الحرجة ومتابعة إجراءات معالجتها حتى الإغلاق الكامل.

🛠Key Responsibilities

Maintain inspection records and controlled documents in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure proper calibration of critical tools and inspection equipment

Assist in writing and updating inspection standards, checklists, and protocols

Evaluate problems and propose initial corrective actions

Collaborate with project maintenance teams to alert on risks and defects

Record audit/assessment results from workstations

Report inspection KPIs to the Quality and Safety Manager

Stop operations when critical defects are identified and require rework

Escalate and ensure resolution of anomalies using QRQC and 8D tools
