Food Quality Officer

🎯 Purpose

Monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve the quality and safety of food throughout the production and distribution process in order to meet established quality standards.

✅ Key Accountability Areas & Activities

1. Inspection & Testing

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of raw materials, ingredients, and finished food products.

• Perform microbiological and chemical testing to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities.

• Manage and analyze data related to food quality and safety.

3. Issue Resolution

• Investigate and address customer complaints and product recalls related to food quality.

4. Compliance & Standards

• Develop and implement quality assurance and food safety protocols.

• Stay up to date with food safety regulations and industry best practices.

5. Supplier & Facility Coordination

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming ingredients and materials.

• Conduct audits of production facilities and suppliers to assess compliance.

6. Training & Continuous Improvement

• Train and educate production staff on food safety and quality standards.

• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance food quality and safety.

QA/QC Civil Engineer

Role Overview

The QA/QC Civil Engineer is accountable for ensuring that all civil works across substation, HV/EHV, and infrastructure projects are executed in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Duties

• Implement project-specific quality control plans.

• Conduct site inspections and verify civil material quality.

• Identify and resolve non-conformances in coordination with stakeholders.

• Report construction quality risks to prevent reworks, delays, or dissatisfaction.

• Maintain proper QA/QC documentation for audits and handovers.

• Support continuous improvement processes and internal/external audits.

Reporting & Coordination

• Reports directly to the QA/QC Manager or TQM Manager.

• Works closely with site teams, third-party inspectors, and client representatives to ensure civil quality standards are upheld.

يكون مهندس الجودة المدنية QA/QC مسؤولًا عن ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال المدنية في مشاريع المحطات الفرعية ومشاريع الجهد العالي/الجهد العالي جدًا، ومشاريع البنية التحتية، بما يتوافق مع المواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

المهام الرئيسية

• تنفيذ خطط الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.

• إجراء الفحوصات الميدانية والتحقق من جودة المواد المدنية.

• تحديد حالات عدم المطابقة ومعالجتها بالتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية.

• الإبلاغ عن مخاطر الجودة لتفادي إعادة العمل أو التأخير أو عدم رضا العميل.

• الحفاظ على وثائق الجودة المطلوبة لعمليات التدقيق والتسليم النهائي.

• دعم عمليات التحسين المستمر والتدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية.

الإشراف والتنسيق

• يرفع التقارير إلى مدير الجودة QA/QC أو مدير إدارة الجودة الشاملة TQM.

• يعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الموقع، والمفتشين الخارجيين، وممثلي العملاء لضمان الالتزام بأهداف جودة الأعمال المدنية في المشروع.
