Skill Set

•  7+ years of hands-on experience in VMware environments including VxRail infrastructure.
•  Proven experience with ManageEngine Patch Management suite.
•  Working knowledge of Veeam backup & recovery processes.
•  Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment and Intune MDM policies.
•  Good knowledge of Windows & Linux administration.
•  Experience in production support, documentation, and customer-facing engagements.
•  Comfortable working with on-call support rotation and handling incident escalations.

• خبرة في هندسة السحابة الهجينة: القدرة المؤكدة على تصميم وتنفيذ بنى سحابية هجينة معقدة، ودمج الموارد المحلية والسحابية.
• كفاءة منصات السحابة (OCI، Google، AWS، Azure، GCP): فهم عميق وشهادات في منصات السحابة الرئيسية، وإظهار التطبيق العملي للخدمات السحابية.
• معرفة شاملة بمبادئ الشبكات والبروتوكولات وأفضل ممارسات الأمان للبيئات الهجينة.
• خبرة قوية في تقنيات المحاكاة الافتراضية والحاويات (Docker، Kubernetes) لإدارة البنية التحتية الحديثة.
• الكفاءة في أدوات IaC (Terraform، CloudFormation) لتوفير البنية التحتية وإدارتها تلقائيًا.

•  VMware Certified Professional (VCP) أو شهادات VMware مماثلة (مطلوبة).
