Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established schedules.
Prepare comprehensive periodic reports on equipment status, performance efficiency, and future maintenance planning.
Directly supervise the team of technicians, assigning daily work schedules in alignment with workshop and project needs.
Monitor spare parts and tools inventory, ensuring continuous availability without delays.
Evaluate technician performance and submit periodic reports, including training and motivational plans for their professional development.
Provide technical and practical solutions for operational issues with maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Implement occupational health and safety standards across all work aspects.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to meet project maintenance requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Lead maintenance operations within the workshop and spare parts warehouse.
Coordinate compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
Review and evaluate quotations for repair and maintenance works.
Oversee the receipt and physical/visual inspection of materials to ensure conformity with specifications.

Architectural Engineer ( Saudi )


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural designs and preliminary plans.
Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical specifications under direct supervision.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary design and engineering teams to ensure project integration.
Utilize specialized architectural design software proficiently (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Contribute to research and development phases to identify innovative and efficient design solutions.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إدارة وتنسيق أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقًا للجداول الزمنية المحددة.
إعداد تقارير دورية شاملة عن حالة المعدات وكفاءة الأداء وتخطيط الصيانة المستقبلية.
الإشراف المباشر على فريق الفنيين، وتعيين جداول العمل اليومية بما يتماشى مع احتياجات الورشة والمشروع.
مراقبة مخزون قطع الغيار والأدوات، وضمان توفرها بشكل مستمر دون تأخير.
تقييم أداء الفنيين وتقديم تقارير دورية تتضمن خطط التدريب والتحفيز لتطويرهم المهني.
توفير الحلول التقنية والعملية للقضايا التشغيلية بأقصى قدر من الكفاءة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
تنفيذ معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في جميع جوانب العمل.
التعاون بشكل فعال مع الإدارات الأخرى لتلبية متطلبات صيانة المشروع.
أداء أي واجبات أخرى يتم تعيينها من قبل المدير المباشر.
قيادة عمليات الصيانة داخل الورشة ومخزن قطع الغيار.
تنسيق الامتثال للوائح السلامة المهنية والبيئة.
مراجعة وتقييم عروض الأسعار لأعمال الإصلاح والصيانة.
الإشراف على استلام المواد وفحصها ماديًا/بصريًا للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات.

مهندس معماري ( سعودي )


المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

المساعدة في تطوير التصاميم المعمارية والخطط الأولية.
إعداد الرسومات التفصيلية للبناء والمواصفات الفنية تحت الإشراف المباشر.
التعاون بشكل فعال مع فرق التصميم والهندسة متعددة التخصصات لضمان تكامل المشروع.
- استخدام برامج التصميم المعماري المتخصصة بمهارة (AutoCAD، Revit، SketchUp).
المساهمة في مراحل البحث والتطوير لتحديد حلول التصميم المبتكرة والفعالة.
