Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead our technical team in Riyadh. This key role is vital for ensuring seamless operations, maintenance, and support for our field teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of on-site field service engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.

Direct and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) associated with service delivery.

Develop and oversee team schedules, shift rotations, and on-call rosters to ensure comprehensive 24/7/365 coverage.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs for team members.
Role Importance
Occasionally acting as the primary on-site contact for clients, you will be accountable for meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while driving operational excellence.
