Manage multi-utility infrastructure projects on an EPC basis, covering system planning, engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, startup, and post-project maintenance.

Oversee project phases from post-order to final commissioning and securing takeover certificates.

Coordinate effectively between project manpower, subcontractors, and external agencies involved.

Ensure adherence to project milestones and timely completion.

Collaborate internally with all departments to align project goals and processes.

Maintain communication and coordination with external clients, agencies, authorities, suppliers, transporters, and subcontractors.

Report directly to the Business Unit Manager and Project Management Office.

Implement quality control measures throughout project execution.

Address and resolve any project-related issues promptly to avoid delays.

Monitor resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.

Head of Treasury

Oversee day-to-day treasury operations including cash flow management and liquidity planning.

Maintain and build relationships with banks, financial agencies, and other financial stakeholders.

Develop and implement treasury strategies that support the company’s financial objectives.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare accurate cash forecasting to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with all internal departments to synchronize treasury functions with business needs.

Manage interactions with subcontractors, vendors, and other external parties related to treasury functions.

Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Supervise treasury team members and coordinate their activities.

Prepare regular reports on treasury performance and financial status.

الحفاظ على وبناء علاقات مع البنوك والوكالات المالية وأصحاب المصلحة الماليين الآخرين.

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الخزينة التي تدعم الأهداف المالية للشركة.
