Job Objective:
To design, sculpt, and build large-scale 3D themed structures and elements for entertainment projects such as theme parks, immersive festivals, and interactive experiences. The role focuses on craftsmanship and artistic execution aligned with the project's creative vision.
Key Responsibilities:

Sculpt using foam, clay, fiberglass, plaster, and wood

Translate sketches and technical drawings into 3D forms
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy

On-site installation and structural stabilization

Assist with prototyping and model making
-
Maintain or restore sculptures when needed

Follow safety guidelines and quality standards during fabrication and setup
Qualifications:

Diploma/certificate in Fine Arts, Sculpture, or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in scenic/themed environments

Skilled with manual and power tools
