Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Coordination

• Coordinate and maintain the company’s EHS management system

• Support EHS compliance and emergency preparedness efforts across operations

Inspections & Audits

• Conduct formal facility inspections and report findings to management

• Perform EHS-related monitoring and internal audits across departments

Incident Management

• Lead or coordinate investigations into incidents and near misses

• Identify root causes and ensure corrective/preventive actions are evaluated and followed through

Regulatory Engagement & Preparedness

• Represent the company during EHS inspections by government authorities

• Lead annual emergency evacuation drills and support emergency planning initiatives

Contractor Oversight & Special Projects

• Assist with EHS compliance for contractors and third-party providers

• Contribute to special EHS projects and process improvements as needed

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

• University degree in Industrial Safety, Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent qualification)

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar EHS role

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of safety principles and regulatory compliance

• Solid IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems

• Experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis

• Language: English (required), Arabic (preferred)

المهام الأساسية

تطبيق النظام ومتابعته

• تنسيق وتنفيذ نظام إدارة البيئة والصحة والسلامة

• دعم عمليات الطوارئ وضمان الامتثال الداخلي للأنظمة

الفحص والتدقيق

• إجراء جولات تفتيش منتظمة وتوثيق النتائج للإدارة

• تنفيذ ومتابعة عمليات التدقيق البيئي والصحي والسلامي

التحقيق في الحوادث

• تنفيذ أو تنسيق تحقيقات الحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية

• التأكد من كفاءة الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية

الجهات الرقابية والاستعداد للطوارئ

• تمثيل الشركة أثناء زيارات الجهات الحكومية للموقع

• قيادة تدريبات الإخلاء السنوية والمشاركة في خطط الطوارئ

إدارة المقاولين والمشاريع الخاصة

• متابعة التزام المقاولين بمعايير الصحة والسلامة

• المشاركة في المشاريع الخاصة لتحسين الأداء البيئي والسلامي

• شهادة جامعية في السلامة الصناعية أو الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال (أو ما يعادلها)

الخبرة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس المجال

المهارات والمعرفة

• معرفة قوية في أنظمة السلامة والامتثال التنظيمي

• مهارات تقنية ممتازة (إجادة برامج مايكروسوفت والتقارير)

• خبرة في التحقيقات وتحليل الحوادث

• اللغة: الإنجليزية (إلزامية)، العربية (مفضلة)
