About the Role

As a QC Inspector, you'll play a key role in maintaining quality across the fiberglass piping production process—from raw material inspection to finished product testing—ensuring consistency, reliability, and safety in every pipe we produce.

Process Control & Reporting

• Maintain detailed inspection logs for every pipe

• Extract pipe samples and conduct lab tests for quality control

• Operate lab test equipment and ensure calibration standards are met

Production Support & Safety

• Assist the production leader in managing process parameters for optimal quality

• Perform pipe spooling onto production reels

• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the QC workspace and equipment

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must possess basic literacy and arithmetic skills

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in quality control, ideally within the fiberglass pipe manufacturing industry

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)

• Manual dexterity for operating inspection machinery and computers

• Strong attention to detail and ability to create clear inspection reports

المهام الوظيفية

الفحص والاختبار

• فحص المواد الخام الواردة

• فحص الأنابيب خلال عمليات الإنتاج المختلفة

• اكتشاف العيوب والتأكد من مطابقة المعايير المعتمدة

دعم العمليات والتقارير

• توثيق نتائج الفحص لكل أنبوب في سجل خاص

• استخراج عينات من الإنتاج وإجراء اختبارات معملية

• تشغيل أجهزة الاختبار المختبرية ومراقبة دقتها

الدعم الإنتاجي والسلامة

• دعم قائد الإنتاج في ضبط معايير الإنتاج

• مسؤول عن لف الأنابيب على بكرات الإنتاج

• الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم بيئة العمل ومعدات الفحص

المؤهلات المطلوبة

التعليم

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها

• مهارات أساسية في القراءة والكتابة والحساب

الخبرة

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التفتيش وضبط الجودة، ويفضّل في صناعة أنابيب الفيبرغلاس

المهارات والكفاءات

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)

• الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الجودة (QMS)

• مهارة يدوية في استخدام المعدات وأجهزة الحاسب

• دقة عالية في إعداد التقارير وتسجيل البيانات
