Main Accountabilities

 Establishes Discipline QHSE plan and defines discipline objectives, team role, execution

 Is responsible for performing activities and issuing deliverables in accordance with

project schedule, quality, contractual requirements, and execution plan.

 Is responsible for establishing team organization and managing mobilization plan in

accordance with budget and Workfront in coordination with head of department.

 Supervises internal/external subcontracted engineering activities as per project

execution and surveillance plan.

 Checks or/and approves discipline deliverables.

 Manages and controls schedule and progress.

 Controls man/hours budget and identifies internal change request (EICR).

 Identifies technical risk & opportunities to cope with project objectives in terms of cost,
