About the Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing impactful learning and development programs, managing employee performance systems, compensation & benefits, and maintaining clear job descriptions. You’ll play a key role in turning talent into performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Learning Initiatives

• Train and supervise training administrators and relevant staff

• Manage training schedules, assignments, and team coordination

• Identify departmental learning needs through TNA and performance appraisals

• Adjust learning programs to align with evolving business needs

Drive HR Excellence

• Update and maintain accurate job descriptions and job titles across departments

• Ensure all programs are aligned with company growth and capability frameworks

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Human Capital or HR Development

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

المهام والمسؤوليات

قيادة برامج التعلم والتطوير

• تدريب والإشراف على موظفي التدريب والمنسقين

• تنظيم الجداول ومتابعة تنفيذ برامج التدريب اليومية

• تحليل احتياجات التدريب بناءً على التقييمات السنوية

• تطوير وتعديل البرامج حسب متطلبات الشركة

تعزيز التميز في الموارد البشرية

• تحديث المسميات والوصف الوظيفي لجميع المناصب

• التأكد من مواءمة البرامج مع استراتيجية نمو الشركة

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تطوير الموارد البشرية أو رأس المال البشري

• درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة
