Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a clean and well-organized store focused on customer satisfaction.

Supervise store employees and ensure smooth daily store operations under the Store Manager’s direction.

Manage merchandise presentation and inventory control including receiving, unpacking, stocking, restocking, and rotating items.

Provide superior customer service leadership by greeting customers and operating cash registers and scanners.

Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.

Help schedule employees, train staff, and conduct safety meetings to maintain compliance with company policies.

Ensure accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.

Complete necessary paperwork and prepare deposits to support store financial processes.

Perform cashiering duties and other tasks needed to maximize profitability and reduce losses.

Protect company assets by monitoring store activities and reducing theft or damage.
