Role Description

Responsibilities include calculating employee compensation, updating our internal HR Systems/databases, and ensuring timely payments. To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle confidential information. Familiar with Saudi labor law.

You will help run a smooth and accurate payroll process, reporting to Payroll Administrator.

Tasks:

• Collect monthly timesheets thru GHRS system.

• Calculate allowances and deductions.

• Prepare employees’ payroll by the end of each month using Payroll software.

• Interact closely with Finance department for payments.

• Report generation.

• Ensure wages and GOSI withholdings comply with regulations.

Offshore Structural Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Review Client technical documentation and requirements.

• Contribute defining structural design premises.

• Contribute to the writing of the Project Structural Design Brief (roadmap of all the structural design and analyses work on the project).

• Liaise with other Project Specialists and Designers whenever required for a proper completion of the work assigned.

ستساعد في تشغيل عملية الرواتب بسلاسة ودقة، مع رفع التقارير إلى مدير الرواتب.

المهام:

• جمع جداول الحضور الشهرية عبر نظام GHRS.

• حساب البدلات والخصومات.

• إعداد رواتب الموظفين في نهاية كل شهر باستخدام برنامج الرواتب.

• التفاعل بشكل وثيق مع قسم المالية من أجل المدفوعات.

• إعداد التقارير.

• التأكد من أن الأجور وحجوزات GOSI تتماشى مع اللوائح.

• تصميم الأنظمة والمكونات الهيكلية، مع السعي لتحقيق أهداف الهندسة الجيدة وتحسين التصميم من حيث التكاليف، وسهولة التصنيع، وقابلية التنفيذ والسلامة.

• إجراء/مراجعة/الإشراف على التحليلات الهيكلية.

• الإشراف/الموافقة على رسومات تصميم الهياكل الفولاذية.
