Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage digital and non-digital communication channels to facilitate two-way dialogue and feedback exchange, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Coordinate messaging and initiatives that reinforce the organizations culture, values, and priorities across all platforms.

Build and nurture connections with media outlets and stakeholders to secure positive, consistent, and accurate coverage of the organization.

Track media sentiment and coverage to quickly address any emerging issues, following a proactive crisis management approach.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and negotiate terms for commercial fuel and utility agreements, including fuel supply agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, and contracts.

Review fuel & utility agreements and contracts and cooperate with the concerned business function to obtain the necessary approvals (ex. Financial and Legal Approvals).

Review all fuel & utility agreements to ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and company policies.

Obtaining allocation letters from MoE which includes a specific quantities of fuel dedicated from MoE for new or existing Power Plant.

Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with contracts and agreements to develop & implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Assist in initial service use, address technical and operational concerns, and develop tailored communication strategies to foster engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction for power suppliers and customers.

Assist in power purchase agreement (PPA) handovers, draft and negotiate new agreements (BSA, TUoS), and ensure compliance in collaboration with Legal and Governance teams to manage major supply agreements and renewal processes.
