Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:

The Technology Partnerships Development Section Manager aims to lead the technology partnerships development team to attract new investors, build strategic partnerships that support sustainable growth, provide feasibility studies and business analysis, additionally develop strategies and initiatives that enhance the market position of industrial cities and technical zones, and support product development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

   • Design and implement effective strategies aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the industrial cities and technical zones and increasing their attractiveness to investors.

   • Analyze market trends and available opportunities to ensure an effective response to market needs.

2. Product Development:

   • Support the product development team to ensure the design and delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

   • Monitor market developments to guide product development efforts.

3. Investor Attraction:

   • Supervise efforts to attract new investors in the industrial cities and technology zones.

   • Build a network of relationships with potential investors and enhance partnership opportunities.

   • Prepare presentations and proposals that attract investments and highlight the potential benefits to the industrial cities and technology zones.

4. Partnership Activation and Development:

   • Identify strategic partners and collaborate with them to develop joint initiatives.

   • Coordinate with partners to ensure the achievement of economic and social goals.

   • Create new partnerships with international and local stakeholders to provide high-value-added services in the industrial cities and technology zones.

   • Lead efforts in initiating multiple initiatives and value-added products, also designing and implementing incentives programs to attract new investors in the industrial cities and technology zones.

5. Business Analysis:

   • Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify business opportunities and market challenges.

   • Develop periodic reports that include insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

6. Feasibility Studies:

   • Conduct feasibility studies based on scientific principles to evaluate the economic viability of new projects.

   • Provide accurate analyses of potential risks and returns to ensure informed decision-making.

7. Governance and Policy Development:

   • Develop and implement governance policies and procedures that ensure transparency and efficiency in operations.

   • Monitor compliance with existing policies and provide recommendations for improvement.

8. Business Model Analysis and Infrastructure Requirements:

   • Evaluate current business models and provide suggestions to enhance efficiency and profitability.

   • Identify the infrastructure needed to support projects and sustainable growth in the industrial cities and technical zones.

9. Other:

   • Work with governments and the private sector to facilitate the success of industrial cities and technology zones and ensure they align with MODON and national strategies goals.
