RTSC/HSE Officer
Key Responsibilities:
-
Demonstrates core values and safety standards according to the H&P way.

Ensures the safe operation of the facility, including equipment and personnel under their control.

Promotes and ensures adherence to H&P’s core HSE processes such as C.O.A.C.H, Lifebelts, safe work procedures, POMS R&R program, and EHS reporting.

Verifies and audits the use and adherence to core HSE Processes across operations.
RSTC/O
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of H&P’s Incident Investigation Procedure and TapRoot.

Commitment to H&P’s core values, including Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, Teamwork, and Do the Right Thing.

Demonstrated track record of compliance with H&P’s HSE standards and processes.

Knowledge of drilling rig equipment and operations.

Electrician
Responsibilities:

Ensures the safe electrical operation of the drill rig and related equipment.

Evaluates electrical problems and takes corrective actions.

Conducts safety inspections and makes necessary repairs and adjustments to electrical components.

Installs new equipment and ensures compliance with Saudi Arabia electrical standards.

Orders electrical parts and ensures stock availability.
-
Coordinates preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical equipment.

Leads JSA and Compass Card Meetings.

Demonstrated commitment to H&P’s Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and C.A.R.E. processes.

Completed Expert level of the BOP training in Workday.

المسؤوليات:

عرض القيم الأساسية ومعايير السلامة وفقًا لطريقة H&P.

ضمان التشغيل الكهربائي الآمن لمنصة الحفر والمعدات ذات الصلة والأفراد الذين يستخدمون المعدات الكهربائية في مهامهم اليومية.
-
تقييم المشاكل الكهربائية واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
-
إجراء فحص السلامة للمكونات الكهربائية، وإجراء الإصلاحات والتعديلات حسب الحاجة.
-
تركيب المعدات الجديدة، التحديثات والترقيات، وضمان تشغيل المعدات المثبتة بشكل صحيح ومتوافقة مع المعايير الكهربائية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
-
طلب جميع قطع الغيار الكهربائية وضمان توفر مخزون كافٍ من القطع.
-
التنسيق مع صيانة الوقاية وإصلاح المعدات الكهربائية.
-
قيادة اجتماعات JSA وCompass Card المتعلقة بالوظيفة.
