About the Company

We are a leading retail and distribution organization committed to delivering top-tier service and availability across our product lines. We value data-driven decision-making and are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to help us stay ahead in a fast-moving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support collaborative demand planning and replenishment between suppliers and buyers for assigned department/class

• Influence forecast models including baseline, promotional, seasonal, and new items

• Ensure availability and timely supplier fill rate for key items while maximizing inventory ROI

• Optimize replenishment system settings to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency

• Define and maintain order levels, replenishment methods, review cycles, and display stock per location

• Provide analytics to enhance SKU effectiveness per store and increase inventory ROI

• Manage stock levels across stores and DCs aligned with corporate inventory targets and OTB plans

• Review store requisitions and validate based on sales and demand history

• Oversee purchase order creation, scheduling, and transmission to suppliers

• Expedite deliveries and ensure on-time receipt of goods across all locations

• Plan and monitor DC to store allocations and fill rate performance

• Lead efforts to reduce aged/overstock inventory, manage clearance, and coordinate reallocation

المهام الرئيسية

• دعم وتنفيذ عمليات تخطيط الطلب والتوريد بالتعاون بين الموردين والمشترين حسب القسم/الفئة المحددة

• تقديم بيانات وتوصيات تؤثر على بناء التوقعات الأساسية، المنتجات الترويجية، الموسمية والجديدة

• ضمان توفر المخزون وسرعة التوريد من الموردين للمنتجات السريعة والدعائية والموسمية والجديدة

• تحسين إعدادات أنظمة التوريد لتقليل التدخل اليدوي وتحقيق أفضل نتائج تلقائية

• تحديد مستويات الطلب، طرق التوريد، دورات المراجعة، والمخزون العروضي لكل موقع

• تقديم دعم تحليلي للمشترين لتحسين فعالية التشكيلة حسب المتجر وتعظيم عائد الاستثمار

• إدارة مستويات المخزون في المتاجر والمستودعات ضمن الأهداف العامة وخطة (OTB)

• مراجعة طلبات المتاجر والتحقق من الكميات المطلوبة وفقًا للطلب والتاريخ البيعي

• التحكم في أوامر الشراء اليومية وجدولتها للمخازن والمستودعات

• إرسال أوامر الشراء للموردين وتسريع عملية التوصيل لضمان الاستلام في الوقت المناسب

• تخطيط التوزيع من المستودعات للمتاجر ومتابعة نسبة التوريد في الوقت المحدد

• قيادة جهود تقليل المنتجات الراكدة أو الفائضة والتنسيق لعمليات التصريف وإعادة التوزيع حسب الخطة
