Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Detergent and Cosmetics Chemist to join our Quality & Research & Development (R&D) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the development of high-quality detergent and cosmetic products. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, testing, and ensuring the quality of products, while also conducting research and development for innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Formulation Development:
  Develop and formulate high-quality detergent and cosmetic products, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Quality Assurance:
  Oversee quality control processes, ensuring products meet established specifications and quality standards.

• R&D and Innovation:
  Lead and contribute to research and development activities for the creation of new products, including experimenting with new ingredients and processes.

• Testing & Validation:
  Conduct rigorous testing and validation of products to ensure safety, efficacy, and consumer satisfaction.

• Collaboration with Teams:
  Work closely with production, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless development and launch of new products.

• Documentation & Compliance:
  Maintain detailed records of formulations, tests, and developments in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement improvements to existing products and processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Market Research:
  Stay updated with market trends and technological advances in detergents and cosmetics to incorporate into product development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in formulation and product development in the detergent and/or cosmetics industry.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and quality control procedures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  قيادة والمساهمة في الأنشطة البحثية والتطويرية لإنشاء منتجات جديدة، بما في ذلك التجريب مع المكونات والعمليات الجديدة.

• الاختبار والتحقق:
  إجراء اختبارات صارمة للتحقق من سلامة وفعالية المنتجات ورضا العملاء.

• التعاون مع الفرق:
  التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الإنتاج والتسويق والتنظيم لضمان تطوير وإطلاق المنتجات الجديدة بسلاسة.

• التوثيق والامتثال:
  الحفاظ على سجلات مفصلة للصيغ والاختبارات والتطورات بما يتوافق مع اللوائح الصناعية ومعايير الشركة.

• تحسين العمليات:
  تحديد وتنفيذ التحسينات على المنتجات والعمليات الحالية، لضمان الكفاءة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة.

• البحث في السوق:
  متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في السوق والتطورات التكنولوجية في مجال المنظفات ومستحضرات التجميل وتضمينها في تطوير المنتجات.

ما نبحث عنه:

• درجة بكاليروس أو ماجستير في الكيمياء، الهندسة الكيميائية، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة مثبتة في صياغة وتطوير المنتجات في صناعة المنظفات أو مستحضرات التجميل.

• معرفة باللوائح الصناعية وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.

• مهارات حل المشكلات والقدرة على الابتكار.

• القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة الفريق.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة بالإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية).

• دقة واهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والتنظيم.
