About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage the day-to-day project accounting activities. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, monitor transactions, and handle all related accounting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Project Financial Management

• Manage day-to-day project accounting activities in accordance with company policies

• Handle day-to-day transactions and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system

• Generate financial reports for projects based on expenditure data

• Invoice third parties, manage supplier and subcontractor payments

Expenditure and Cash Management

• Analyze employee expenditure and manage related accounts

• Oversee cash and check transfers from the company treasury

• Prepare cheques or make cash payments for approved expenditures or refunds

• Manage Petty cash and ensure it is kept within proper limits

عن الدور

نبحث عن محاسب متمرس لإدارة الأنشطة المحاسبية اليومية للمشاريع. ستكون مسؤولًا عن إعداد التقارير المالية بدقة ومتابعة المعاملات والتعامل مع كافة المسؤوليات المحاسبية ذات الصلة. إذا كنت تمتلك عينًا حريصة على التفاصيل ولديك شغف بالمحاسبة، فهذه الفرصة المثالية لك.

المهام الرئيسية

إدارة الشؤون المالية للمشاريع

• إدارة الأنشطة المحاسبية اليومية للمشاريع بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة

• التعامل مع المعاملات اليومية والتأكد من دقة إدخال البيانات في النظام وفي الوقت المحدد

• إعداد التقارير المالية للمشاريع استنادًا إلى بيانات النفقات

• إصدار الفواتير للأطراف الثالثة، إدارة مدفوعات الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن

إدارة النفقات والنقدية

• تحليل نفقات الموظفين وإدارة الحسابات المتعلقة بها

• الإشراف على تحويل الأموال والشيكات من خزينة الشركة

• إعداد الشيكات أو إجراء المدفوعات النقدية للنفقات أو المبالغ المستردة المعتمدة

• إدارة النقدية الصغيرة وضمان الالتزام بالحدود الصحيحة
